How to proceed in an accident
- Report: in order to report your accident you must immediately call our free line for Report of Automotive Accidents at 0 800 777 4643 available 24 hours, 365 days a year or call your Broker Advisor of Insurance with whom you can carry out the corresponding complaint and be advised by technical staff.
- Necessary details: Get and provide this insurance company all possible information about the accident and its consequences: where, when and how did it happened.
- Suitable documentation: Once the report is carried out, you need to hand in, in the office of your Broker Advisor or in the offices of Sancor Seguros, suitable documentation according to the kind of accident you suffered.

- THIRD PARTY DETAILS: If the event produces injured third parties (automobiles, motorcyclists, cyclists, pedestrians) it is VERY IMPORTANT that you provide us with all details you might have been able to obtained so as to get a quick identification and location of them (name, address, telephone, details of the vehicle and their insurance company, etc.)
- Suitable documentation: Once the report is carried out, you need to hand in, in the office of your Broker Advisor or in the offices of Sancor Seguros, a copy of their driving license. You do not need to perform the police report for the harmful event.
- Finally, do not make any kind of agreements with third parties and do not sign any documentation which may compromise you.
