This coverage has two big divisions, taking into account the activity the insured carries out:
- Non-Contractual Civil Liability: It protects the insured for the damages produced to a third party after incurring in a non-contractual Civil Liability set forth in sections 1109 to 1136 in Civil Code, for claims the insured could receive depending on the activity he/she develops.
- Contractual Civil Liability: It covers the insured for damages caused to a third party, as a consequence of contractual obligations, excluding the non-fulfillment of such obligations
